The Gesu Endowment Fund is a separately-incorporated 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides amounts to finance capital and other expenditures necessary for the operation of Gesu parish and Gesu school.  The fund’s current spending policy is to distribute 5% of its average value over the last three years.

The endowment has generally funded additional operating expenses necessary to operating the expanded campus of the parish and the school as well funding the nonrecurring capital needs of the parish and school.  In addition, it has made expenditures to support other initiatives such as teacher education, spiritual development, social concerns, athletics and the recent parish assessment and review project.  As currently structured, the endowment funds are necessary, above and beyond the funds generated by the parish and school (primarily Sunday collections and tuition), to adequately operate entities.

You can make a gift to Gesu’s Endowment by check, cash or by giving online through Faith Direct. Call the Development Office at (216) 932-0617 or email Mary Kate Farrar for more information.
